One of the beauty of our items is that they slightly change their character with time - It is part of the natural process of life.
As absolutely no harmful chemicals have been used while dyeing and since it's all handmade in small bundles, we ask our customers to allow a possible minor difference of color tone between different batches of clothes. Also mind, organic colors behave in their own unique way, our products might not be 100% homogeneous &, as all natural elements.. it changes with time & colors can fade. Acidic foods will likely change the color of the dyes.

Although our quality control is rigorously screening each item, we only accept returns in case of any production default, after consultation with our Team. In any other case we do not accept cancellations or returns. In case of the faulty goods, please contact our Team at email@example.com with attached photo of product and packaging, receipt and description of the case within 5 calendar days from the day the package is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns or refunds after items have been washed or worn.

Due to Covid-19, most of our orders are shipped by EMS EXPRESS from Bali, Indonesia where we produce. E-Package/R LN options are now available to some countries only.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day. Please allow 24-52 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment by email. With EMS your package will usually arrive in 5-10 working days & with E-Package/R LN in 10-20 working days *This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

Hazel is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation, customs delays or strikes. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned.
We are not responsible for covering the import taxes in your country upon arrival and eventual custom clearance holding times.
