*Please understand that Hazel Baby Clothing is a small brand where everything is produced by hand & in small batches, to ensure the best products for your beautiful beloveds & our world -& so, our stock is limited. We will be updating stock as soon as we finish plant dyeing fabric & sewing.
*We will do our absolute best to ensure there are no oversells, however should your order be affected by this we will contact you asap to refund the item

Although our quality control is rigorously screening each item, we only accept returns in case of any production default, after consultation with our Team. In any other case we do not accept cancellations or returns. In case of the faulty goods, please contact our Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with attached photo of product and packaging, receipt and description of the case within 5 calendar days from the day the package is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns or refunds after items have been washed or worn.

Most of our orders are shipped by EXPRESS (USPS or DHL) from Bali, Indonesia where we produce. E-Package/R LN options are now available!
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day. Please allow 24-52 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment by email. With EMS your package will usually arrive in 5-10 working days & with E-Package/R LN in 10-15 working days *This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

Hazel is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation, customs delays or strikes. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned.
We are not responsible for covering the import taxes in your country upon arrival and eventual custom clearance holding times.
